Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Ejecutivo / a de Call Center Cobranzas to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue or upcoming debts using various communication channels.

  • Contact customers with overdue or upcoming debts via calls, messages, or other means.
  • Maintain an updated and organized customer database.
  • Support administrative tasks related to collections.
  • Identify and record payments made by customers.
  • Activate customers and send account statements.
  • Previous experience in collections and / or call center (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and empathy skills.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Ability to resolve problems and manage time efficiently.
  • Proactivity, customer orientation, and teamwork.
