Senior Finance Manager – Azure Customer Solution Area (MCSA Mexico, Central & South America)
Microsoft Americas Enterprise and Industries Finance team is looking for a Senior Finance Manager – Azure Customer Solution Area for MCSA to support and drive our financial rhythm and growth ambitions for the MCSA operating unit ($1.5B+ revenue). The role supports shareholder value across 54 subsidiaries and 120 sales locations. This position will partner with business and finance stakeholders to make strategic decisions, develop growth strategies, and provide clarity to the sales team.

Responsibilities
Support the rhythm of the business across all stakeholders with efficiency and effectiveness.Drive understanding of business health through deep analytics and incorporating industry & customer level insights.Provide actionable insights to the business to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results.Support CFO forecast and budgeting process to land growth commitments with clear assumptions and drivers. Understand and manage business risk.Communicate results and insights to senior leadership in a compelling and crisp manner.Drive actions with stakeholders to achieve business goals including revenue generation, resource allocation, and investment decisions through close collaboration.Lead ongoing efforts to develop and evolve our insights framework with key partners across finance and business.Deliver impact by building on the work others, aligning people and resources, and fostering shared accountability.Embody our culture and values.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes.Collaborate with compliance groups to keep the team current on company policies and procedures.Qualifications
Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, data science, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, data science, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance.Equivalent experience.Business‑level fluency in English and Spanish.1+ years of experience with emerging markets and / or Latin America experience.4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting, and developing financial models.Proven team player and collaborator with strong energy in ambiguous situations.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups and provide strong customer service orientation.Benefits
