Job Description : LICITACIÓN Nº3511 – “Asesoría a la Inspección Fiscal para la etapa de construcción del proyecto : Instituto Nacional del Cáncer”.

Service Duration : 36 months.

Requirements :

• Possession of one of the following degrees : civil engineer, civil engineer in civil works, construction engineer, civil constructor, or architect.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering projects, preferably hospital projects, working as a project coordinator and / or integrator of specialties applying BIM systems (considering only works completed after December 2010).
• Responsible for ensuring the project is developed from its inception in a BIM system, verifying the suitability of the proposed system for each stage of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate in coordinating specialties, ensuring consistency among different specialties during the development of the definitive engineering project. Also, verify that the project does not present conflicts that could affect construction, alerting the inspector of potential conflicts early.
• Due to the nature of these functions, full-time participation throughout the advisory period is required.
