About The Role

The Junior Meta Media Buyer will support the execution and optimization of direct‑response, lead‑generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram . This role is designed for someone with early experience in paid social who wants to build strong fundamentals in performance marketing , focusing on cost‑per‑lead efficiency, creative testing, and conversion optimisation. You’ll work closely with our in‑house marketing team to manage live campaigns, test creatives at scale, analyse performance trends, and continuously improve results. This is a hands‑on, numbers‑driven role with clear performance accountability.

Location : Remote – availability 9 am – 5 pm ET.

What You’ll Do

Meta Campaign Execution (Lead Gen Focus)

• Assist in building, launching, and managing Meta lead‑generation and conversion campaigns in Ads Manager.
• Support the setup of campaigns, ad sets, and ads with a focus on objectives, audiences, budgets and placements optimized for CPL and conversion volume.
• Perform daily performance checks to ensure campaigns are spending efficiently and hitting lead goals.
