HR Specialist - Andean, Caribbean & Mexico

The Position

This position will be an important member of Sungrow’s LATAM Engineering Team, responsible for supporting the company’s Energy Storage Systems (ESS) technical solutions and offerings across the region.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • sProvide pre-sales technical suppor t and ensure alignment with clients (EPCs, System Integrators, Investors, Technical Advisors)
  • .Support the Sales Team in developing ESS system technical solution s
  • .Act as a trusted technical adviso r to customers’ engineering teams
  • .Monitor market trends and demand s from key accounts
  • .Serve as a communication channel between internal teams and customers
  • .Interpret regulatory requirement s and provide input to the R&D department
  • .Support, coordinate, and develop technical proposals and solution s
  • .Present and defend Sungrow’s technical advantages to customers
  • .Collect market intelligenc e, including emerging trends, standards, and competitor insights
  • .Conduct product trainings, seminars, and presentation s for customers and other stakeholders as needed
  • .Participate in national and international fairs and conference s

Function-Specific Knowledge

  • geMinimum of 2 years of experien ce in ESS projects or related fields (PV, wind, hydro, thermal plants, substations, etc.
  • )Strong technical knowledge o f energy storage systems, inverters, and substatio n
  • s.Proven experience working wit h energy companies, EPCs, and project develope r
  • s.Experience i n multinational environmen t
  • s.Stron g problem-solvi ng an d analytic al skill
  • s.Excellen t oral and written communicati on across all organizational level
