What Your Days Will Look Like
As our Automation Specialist, you'll work directly with our tech manager to implement automations and systematize processes for both internal operations and client delivery systems. Your typical day might include :
Building and optimizing workflows in n8n to connect our various systemsImplementing LLM-powered solutions to automate content creation, data processing, and client communicationsDocumenting processes and creating detailed SOPs for the systems you buildProblem-solving and troubleshooting when automations need adjustmentsResearching and testing new automation possibilities to continuously improve our systemsGrowth Opportunities

What You Need to Be Good At
n8n Expertise : Strong experience with n8n or similar automation tools (Zapier, Make / Integromat, etc.)LLM Implementation : Experience working with and implementing Large Language Models for practical business applicationsSystems Thinking : Ability to see the big picture and create connected, efficient workflowsProcess Documentation : Clear, detailed documentation skills for creating SOPsProblem Solving : Creative approaches to automation challenges and technical troubleshootingSome coding experience would be a bonus, but it's not required. We're more interested in your ability to think systematically and implement effective automations.
