We are looking for a customer‑focused Business Developer to develop their career in a rewarding, high‑performing, and international team. The Business Developer (BD) role is a technical sales role where you will focus on the Power Business portfolio and promote Hilti solutions among local and international owners, EPCs, and contractors, creating sustainable value for both our customers and Hilti.
Responsibilities
- Contributes and is accountable for specification and sales development (direct or indirect), long‑term relationship build‑up, and execution of account strategy by working on tailored commercial and technical solutions.
- In charge of developing senior relationship contacts within the customer’s organization to drive the execution of the account’s strategy (department heads, corporate).
- Drives specifications by supporting the HILTI technical teams working with the assigned accounts including designers, engineers, project team members, purchase dep., lead engineers, discipline managers, turnaround teams across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, piping & procurement).
- Focus primarily on customer projects.
- Examines economic and market trends and conditions that affect the company and develops strategies to take full advantage of any changing circumstances.
- Maintains effective communication systems throughout the team and company.
- Works with several offices / branches located in multiple regions.
- Responsibilities include travelling abroad (25‑40% of the time).

Engineering Degree in Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.Knowledge in technical sales of engineering solutions and specifications.Mandatory advanced English.Previous technical commercial experience in the Power segment e.g., BESS, transmission, distribution, generation, among others.Ability to negotiate at different hierarchical levels.Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.Hilti is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
