Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and professional Event Support Freelancer to assist River Global and Rosina Foods at Espacio Food & Service in Santiago, Chile. This is a short-term opportunity for an individual who enjoys working at events, interacting with attendees, and supporting event operations in a professional environment.

The selected freelancer will provide on-site support throughout the event and will help ensure the booth is organized, welcoming, and properly supported during the event. The role may also include translation and communication support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at the Rosina Foods booth throughout the event.
• Welcome and engage with event attendees and visitors.
• Provide general information and assistance to booth visitors.
• Support communication between the team and event attendees when needed.
• Provide Spanish-English translation support as required.
• Help keep the booth organized and presentable throughout the event.
• Support the distribution of promotional materials and other event resources.
• Assist with general event-related activities and operational needs.
• Support booth setup, activities during the event, and breakdown as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working at events, fairs, exhibitions, or promotional activities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to remain engaged throughout the full event.
• Proactive and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English; translation experience is a plus.
• Availability to work on September 29, September 30, and October 1.
• Ability to issue an invoice for freelance services.
