Job Overview
We’re helping our client a fast-growing DTC brand focused on bold creative and performance-driven marketing, find a Junior Media Buyer.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands paid acquisition fundamentals and is ready to grow inside a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You’ll be working closely with experienced operators, scaling campaigns, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (primarily Meta)
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, AOV) and make data-driven optimizations
- Support scaling of winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts, hooks, and iterations
- Conduct competitor research and identify new growth opportunities
- Assist with testing frameworks (creative, audiences, offers, landing pages)
- Report on campaign performance and key insights
Requirements
- Experience working with a DTC/eCommerce brand
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta required; X/AppLovin is a plus)
- Ability to clearly speak about at least one brand you’ve managed ads for, including results
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Managed real budgets (not just small test accounts)
- Strong understanding of high-converting creatives (UGC, hooks, angles)
- Curious mindset with a strong testing mentality
- Motivated to grow quickly and take on more responsibility
Nice-to-Have
- Experience scaling campaigns beyond 5–6 figures/month in ad spend
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO
- Experience with structured creative testing pipelines
- Understanding of TikTok-native ad strategies
