Overview
Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a bilingual (Spanish / English) Brand Manager to lead the strategic direction of the firm’s brand and marketing efforts. This pivotal role will shape how we position our services, uncover actionable client insights, and drive brand visibility to attract and retain clients. The role will also design and manage the firm’s client-facing marketing strategy, set the roadmap for the broader marketing team, and oversee execution across channels.
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development : Define, articulate, and evolve the firm’s brand identity and positioning across services and channels.
- Integrated Marketing Calendar Management : Create and manage multi-channel marketing calendars aligned with business priorities.
- Consumer & Client Research : Collaborate with consumer insights leads to manage brand awareness tracking, customer decision journeys (CDJ), copy testing, and internal panel insight.
- Audience Segmentation & Insights : Lead audience segmentation to define ad and media audiences based on behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data to refine targeting and messaging strategy.
- Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) : Implement and utilize data-driven models to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform budget and channel optimization.
- Market & Competitive Analysis : Monitor industry trends, assess market dynamics, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making across campaigns and opportunities for business growth.
- Agency & Vendor Management : Oversee external marketing agencies and creative partners, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables.
- Strategic Partnership Development : Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to extend brand reach and relevance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with legal, business development, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with firm goals.
- Project Management & Execution : Manage complex and multi-layered marketing programs from concept through execution and analysis.
Qualifications
5-6 years in a relevant brand management role.Degree in Marketing / Communications or MBA preferred, or relevant job experience.Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).Passion for humanitarian issues (e.g., immigration, civil rights, nonprofit / legal aid work).Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences.Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern
Compensation
The pay range for this role is USD 13 - 15 per hour.
