Important company of services is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Controller to join our team and drive excellence in our renewable energy projects.

Location : Santiago, Chile

Role Overview : As the Project Controller, you will oversee complex projects in sectors such as wind, solar, energy storage, biomass, hydropower, green hydrogen, transmission, and distribution. Your responsibilities will include managing the execution of commercial projects across various phases, including order booking, planning, and throughout the plant's maintenance and operation. You will serve as the primary financial contact for the end customer and suppliers, aiming to meet Order Income Calculation targets while ensuring customer satisfaction, cost control, schedule adherence, and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and manage financial performance of assigned projects, optimizing gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments.
• Manage all financial aspects, including planning, cost control, invoicing, payment collection, business models, financing, currency hedging, risks, opportunities, and contract analysis.
• Prepare and report monthly and annual forecasts, monitor performance, and explain variances.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents; identify and pursue claims; develop contingency plans for scope changes.
• Develop and deliver monthly project reports, customer progress reports, change proposals, and management presentations.
• Monitor revenue recognition, actual vs. planned, and forecasted costs.
• Identify and resolve issues within the project team.
• Assist with customer sales activities.
