Resumen Del Puesto

En este rol, será responsable de la ejecución del proyecto a desarrollar por la disciplina, monitoree el progreso y realice la disciplina de PD&P, brinde dirección técnica y asigne trabajo a ingenieros, diseñadores, dibujantes y cualquier otro que forme parte del equipo de PD&P para el desarrollo del diseño de ingeniería 3D. Este puesto reportará directamente al Gerente de Ingeniería de Proyectos.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Monitorear todo el trabajo para verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares del proyecto y los códigos aplicables.
• Planificar y programar todos los entregables relacionados con la disciplina de acuerdo con el contrato y las fechas programadas internas.
• Planificar, desarrollar, coordinar y revisar trabajos de ingeniería de PD&P.
• Evaluar y optimizar los diseños de PD&P, con el fin de maximizar la eficiencia, la seguridad y el rendimiento operativo.
• Implementar y hacer cumplir las mejores prácticas para protocolos de seguridad, evaluación de riesgos e identificación de peligros dentro del equipo.
• Tener la voluntad de ser flexible y capaz de soportar Múltiples tareas.
• Crear y mantener cronogramas, presupuestos y asignación de recursos del proyecto, para garantizar la entrega oportuna y rentable del proyecto.

Educación y Experiencia Requerida

Requiere una licenciatura en ingeniería mecánica o un título relacionado con el Diseño Industrial, y al menos más de 15 años de experiencia relevante.

Job Summary

In this role you will be required to plan the execution of the project to be developed by the discipline, monitor the progress and conduct the PD&P discipline, provide technical direction and assign work to engineers, designers, drafters and any other who is part the PD&P team for the development of the 3D enginering design, independently contacts vendor´s representative and project field personnel to gather or give information, coordinates with the client’s counterpart and all disciplines across the project´s team. This position will report directly to the Project´s Engineering Manager.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a degree related to Industrial Design, and at least 15+ years of relevant experience.
