The role focuses on analyzing architectural plans for efficient space utilization, creating mobility profiles, conducting test fits for new spatial configurations, and presenting strategic recommendations to clients while maintaining comprehensive spatial data tracking and stakeholder communication.## Your day-to-day tasks will include :
  • Analyze architectural plans and spatial data
  • Review client floor plans to identify the most efficient space utilization opportunities and maintain accurate spatial databases using AutoCAD and Excel
  • Develop space optimization solutions
  • Create test fits and propose new spatial configurations that maximize efficiency while meeting client requirements and business unit needs
  • Conduct occupancy analysis
  • Analyze access card data, occupancy peaks, IP connections, and other databases to inform real estate decisions on consolidation, expansion, or hybrid work model implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
  • Engage with various business leaders to understand population profiles, mobility potential, and spatial requirements across different organizational units
  • Create mobility profiles and presentations
  • Develop comprehensive mobility assessments and present progress updates, trends, and reconfiguration proposals to clients
  • Manage project communication
  • Maintain transparent, constant, and rapid communication with all project participants while providing creative solutions that benefit all stakeholders
  • Track and report spatial metrics
  • Maintain organized documentation of spatial data, occupancy information, and supporting files to enable informed decision-making on office moves and space modifications## ## Required Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • (non-negotiable requirement)
  • 3+ years experience
  • in Workplace Management, Occupancy Planning, or corporate space planning
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • for client communication and documentation
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • including pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, and complex cell calculations
  • Intermediate to advanced AutoCAD proficiency
  • for architectural plan analysis and space design
  • Strong communication skills
  • with clear verbal and written abilities for stakeholder engagement
  • Independent work style
  • with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and provide proactive solutions## Preferred Qualifications :
  • Previous experience in Project Management and office renovation projects
  • Background in occupancy management or workplace strategy consulting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation design tools
  • Experience with space management software or IWMS platforms
  • Knowledge of workplace trends and hybrid work model implementation
  • Understanding of corporate real estate principles and space standards
  • Demonstrated tolerance for frustration and ability to manage multiple stakeholder requirements
