Team Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
Within VCA exists VCA Implementation Services (VIS), a hands-on execution partner, implementing, operating, and optimizing Visa products in client environments to accelerate activation, portfolio growth, risk control, and data-driven performance.
VIS South Cone is seeking a hands-on technical leader to drive end-to-end implementations of Visa digital solutions across issuers, fintechs, acquirers, and large retailers. You will lead complex programs spanning risk, fraud, and authorization domains, as well as core technology initiatives—e.g., issuer processing implementations on Pismo, fraud decisioning with FeatureSpace, wallet integrations, and SDK deployments, among others —while shaping client roadmaps and ensuring secure, scalable outcomes. A key part of the role is orchestrating integrations with Visa teams, third-party vendors and system integrators to deliver cohesive, enterprise-grade solutions. In addition, you will lead cross-functional performance squads focused on the cardholder lifecycle for credit, debit, and prepaid portfolios—driving acquisition, activation, early spend, habitual usage, digital engagement, retention, and reactivation—through data-driven experimentation, CRM journeys, merchant offers, and incentive design in partnership with clients.
Location and travel
Based in Chile, South Cone region, travel to client sites as needed.
