Role Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer , you will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and CI / CD pipelines that power mission‑critical applications. You will lead efforts in automation, cloud architecture, monitoring, and security, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge cloud technologies and influence best practices across the engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
• Define and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.
• Oversee Linux system administration and configuration management with Chef or Ansible.
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines with tools like Bitbucket Pipelines, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, AWS Pipelines, or Jenkins.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, PHP, Ruby, Go, or Node.js.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
• Manage containerization and orchestration with Docker, AWS ECS, and Kubernetes.
• Apply cloud security best practices (subnets, security groups, firewall rules, WAF, DNS, SSH).
• Support PCI compliance preparation and audits.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system reliability optimization.
