Descripción del trabajo3+ year of experience in software / hardware / network product support. Strong skills in Linux, SQL, and API integration. Knowledge of WMS / WES / MES / WCS systems is a plus. Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Americas. Databases : SQL (queries, configuration, and troubleshooting). API testing : Postman or equivalent tools. Collaboration : MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, and remote access tools.
System Engineer – Chile
Our client is seeking a System Engineer to join its Chile-based team, supporting system integration and post-launch operations for Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure software systems to manage robot fleets and logistics workflows.
- Conduct API, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide remote / on-site support, troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, and train users.
