About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced and smart Finance Associate to join the dynamic team in our Somerville office, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing financial processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows, support strategic decision-making, and maintain the highest standards of financial integrity.

You will :

• Compliance & Procedures : Develop, manage, and enforce GAAP-compliant processes, and ensure correct and timely Tax filings.
• Close Process Management : Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Invoice Processing : Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Budgeting & Financial Analysis : Create and maintain budgeting tools, including variance reporting, cash flow analysis, and cost-saving strategies.
• Payroll Oversight : Collaborate with people operations to review payroll for accuracy, labor budgeting, and banking for timely pay runs.
• Audit & Internal Controls : Ensure a smooth audit process by creating and maintaining internal controls and immaculate record keeping; oversee the audit process.
• Strategic Financial Planning : Anticipate and evaluate business needs to make sure that financial organization and systems appropriately support the company’s growth.
