Jr Python Developer

Overview

Python Developer with 2-5 years of experience. Works on applications leveraging Azure services, Python SDKs, some experience with OpenAI’s chat API, Azure AI Foundry or similar, deploying custom endpoints, interacting with SQL databases, and collaborating with React developers to connect front end capabilities to deployed endpoints. Prior experience in system prompt engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python applications and deploy them in Azure environments (Azure Functions, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Storage, Azure App Service).
• Interact with SQL databases and connect them from Python; work with NoSQL where applicable.
• Collaborate with React developers to connect front end capabilities to deployed endpoints.
• Develop and deploy custom endpoints and manage their lifecycle.
• Possibly work with OpenAI chat API and integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Follow SDLC practices, maintain version control, and participate in code reviews and PR processes.
