OverviewStaff Product Designer (Growth) at DeelJoin Deel to apply for the Staff Product Designer (Growth) role. This is a full-time, growth-focused design position at Deel, a leading all-in-one payroll and HR platform for integral teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign user-centric solutions that drive key growth metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization). Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data analysts, and marketers to define, test, and iterate on growth hypotheses.Design prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design intent.Collaborate with multiple design teams to ensure a seamless user experience across product areas and scenarios.Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, identify friction points, and optimize the user journey.Understand A / B testing frameworks and liaise with data teams on testing and results.Balance product and business goals with exceptional user experience.Contribute to and evolve the design system, pushing visual and interaction standards forward through motion.Qualifications7+ years of end-to-end product design experience for web and mobile apps.Proven Growth experience.Strong portfolio demonstrating UX / UI skills, experimentation work, and measurable outcomes.Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A / B testing.Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) or similar.Comfort working in fast-paced environments with strong communication and storytelling skills.Experience contributing to end-to-end development from ideation to design QA.Ability to decide when to dive deep and when to execute; action-biased.Passion for design.Nice to haveExperience designing onboarding flows, virality features, pricing pages, or subscription models.Ability to do advanced prototyping and progressive disclosure beyond static pages.Total RewardsCompetitive pay with scalable benefits and perks that reflect Deel's commitment to inclusivity and access for all.What you'll enjoyStock grant opportunities dependent on role, status, and location.Additional perks and benefits based on employment status and country.Remote work flexibility, including optional WeWork access.Equity, inclusion, and accommodationDeel is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
