About The Role We are looking for a Marketing Associate who is eager to grow, learn, and take ownership of impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of content-driven marketing campaigns. Manage and optimize LinkedIn marketing activities. Assist in content creation and strategy, including blogs, podcasts, and other thought leadership initiatives. Coordinate outsourced work (such as Google Ads) and ensure deliverables meet project goals. Stay proactive in suggesting creative content opportunities to repurpose and expand visibility. Ensure smooth project execution with excellent organization and follow-through. Requirements Strong academic background (MBA, MSc in Marketing / Communications, or similar preferred). Some professional experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to content marketing. Proficient in LinkedIn marketing; Google Ads knowledge or ability to outsource effectively. English skills strong enough for professional communication and copywriting (AI tools welcome to support). Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience with Infusionsoft / Keap is a plus. Who You Are Extremely coachable, humble, and eager to learn. A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
