Division CFO, Trilogy (Remote) — $400,000 / year USD
This is a full-time, remote executive finance leadership role focusing on building an AI-powered financial infrastructure for Trilogy’s education ventures. The role reports to senior leadership and involves ownership of finance operations, strategy, and execution in a fast-growing environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Crafting and evolving an AI-integrated financial ecosystem supporting rapidly scaling educational ventures
- Authoring strategic design decisions to streamline critical financial processes
- Providing expert written feedback on Deep Dives and Improvement Plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues
- Engaging in strategic discussions on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory adherence
- Orchestrating large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance

Basic Requirements
Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership roles with demonstrable advancementProven executive finance leadership with comprehensive oversight of all finance functionsExpert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reportingExtensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity structuresExperience with at least 5 external audits with Big 4 firmsSuperior written and verbal communication skills in English for executive engagementBased within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zonesNice-to-have Requirements
Knowledge of U.S. K-12 education frameworksExperience developing finance automation or AI-enhanced workflowsBackground in multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction financial operationsAbout Trilogy

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is Contractors of Record through Crossover. Compensation is $200 USD / hour, equating to $400,000 USD / year with 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly. For details, visit
