Position Overview
As a Marketing Assistant , you’ll contribute to both strategic planning and hands‑on execution across multiple digital channels. This hybrid role blends content creation, campaign management, and community engagement. You’ll write persuasive copy, manage email and social media campaigns, optimize website content, and support webinars and video production. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to create high‑quality assets and track performance metrics to guide improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who’s both creative and operational—comfortable writing compelling content and managing projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to expand Teem’s reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Write and edit content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media.
- Repurpose long‑form content into multiple formats across channels.
- Collaborate with design and UX / UI teams to produce on‑brand assets.
Digital Marketing Execution
Manage and maintain the marketing content calendar.Draft and schedule email campaigns and newsletters using automation tools.Support SEO optimization and website content updates.Coordinate and promote webinars, including follow‑up communications.Community & Social Media Engagement
Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.Leverage online communities (e.g., Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups) to attract talent and build brand awareness.Produce video and image content for internal and external distribution.Performance Tracking & Strategy
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.Suggest improvements based on data insights.Identify new channels and opportunities for engagement.Qualifications
Required
2–5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications (B2B preferred).Strong copywriting and editing skills.Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.Experience with marketing automation and CMS tools.Strong organizational and project management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.Preferred
Experience in graphic design and video editing.Exposure to healthcare, staffing, or SaaS industries.Familiarity with user‑generated content creation.What Sets You Apart
