DBT Developer (Snowflake & Sigma) (LATAM)

Overview

This is a DBT Developer role (Snowflake & Sigma) in Latin America (LATAM). The position is fully remote. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines while leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools to deliver high-quality reporting. You will collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure data workflows are efficient, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust DBT data transformation pipelines
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Sigma to support business decision-making
• Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across various sources and environments
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of data processes
• Document data pipelines, workflows, and technical standards for team knowledge sharing
