The ideal candidate will bring strong Agile delivery experience and a solid technical background, along with excellent communication and team leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are metCoordinate with engineering teams working on backend (Java, .NET), frontend (MERN stack), and cloud (AWS, Azure)Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives using Agile methodologiesUse Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage backlogs, sprints, and progress trackingCollaborate closely with US-based clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering, status updates, and change managementIdentify project risks early and drive mitigation strategiesEnsure documentation, QA processes, and deployment readiness are consistently followedRequired Skills4+ years of total IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager roleStrong experience managing web and cloud-based application development projectsHands-on familiarity with Java, .
