TripleTen is a remote‑first organization that empowers individuals to master tech professions through bootcamps in software engineering, data science, business intelligence analytics, cybersecurity, and QA engineering. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, supportive, and long‑lasting relationships with students.
- Onboard students into our bootcamps, guiding them through the structure, tools, and resources to help them succeed.
- Coach students on time‑management and online‑learning strategies, offering guidance when they feel stuck or overwhelmed.
- Collect student feedback and share insights with internal teams to contribute to product improvements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as registrations, breaks, and invitations.
- Host regular live Q&A sessions to unblock students and help them progress confidently.
- Provide personalized support through 1 : 1 video calls to answer questions and guide assignments.
- Respond to occasional student inquiries via direct messages.
- Lead live lessons on core program topics and industry‑relevant skills.
- Share professional insights and best practices to enrich the learning community.
- Review student projects and deliver clear, actionable feedback aligned with program standards.
- Support students in text (chat / discussion boards) by explaining concepts, troubleshooting code, and clarifying project or review questions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Splunk, ELK, etc.Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Oracle VirtualBox) and cloud technologies.Knowledge of cloud security tools like CrowdStrike, Cisco SecureX, Prisma Cloud, etc.Experience in incident response and crisis management within a business environment.At least 1 year of experience working in the tech industry (U.S. market exposure a plus), with exposure to cybersecurity standards such as NIST, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks.Availability for full‑time collaboration (~40 hours per week).Genuine passion for teaching, sharing knowledge, and staying current with evolving cybersecurity.Fluent English (verbal and written); strong spoken communication essential for interacting with American students.We Appreciate It If You Have

Full‑time Program Instructor : Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM ET (fixed 1‑hour break).Part‑time Program Instructor : Friday–Tuesday, 10 AM – 6 PM ET.Shifts cover overall operating hours of 9 AM – 2 AM ET; schedules may occasionally change with at least 2 weeks' notice.Important note about time zones
Eastern Time (ET) observes Daylight Saving Time. In March clocks move forward 1 hour (EST → EDT) and in November back 1 hour (EDT → EST).
What To Expect From The Hiring Process
The process includes technical skill and teaching skill assessments, potentially via a technical assignment or live interview. Typical steps are screening, technical evaluation, and final conversation, though the exact order may vary.
