Country Manager | Senior, 2+ Years In Fintech Or Lending Management

Staffman is an international HR & staffing company. Our client, an International Fintech Company providing a scope of financial services-private consumer loans. The company is combining a knowledge and expertise of IT and the financial sector to launch own innovative products in Chile. Currently we are looking for a candidate to fit the role of Country Manager to launch, build and grow Fintech business operations in Chile.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve company goals in the local market.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
• Oversee and manage daily operations, including business development, representation, management and coordination of relationships with third parties.
• Provide input for developing local credit risk strategies.
• Implement processes to improve operational effectiveness and streamline the workflows.
• Budgeting (implementation and control).
• Prepare of annual, semi-annual and sub-reports in relation to the Company, as may be required by the laws or Rules and submission of these documents to the Group and relevant authorities.
• Ensure the compliance of the Company and all these activities with all legal and regulatory acts applicable to private limited companies engaging in credit loan activities in Chile.
• Recruit, mentor and manage a high performing team that will ensure the achievement of the main business goals.
• Provide supervision, management, inspiration and engagement of employees.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies in order to achieve the financial goals.
• Initiate and implement innovations to improve the overall performance.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, cooperation with related parties of the Company.
