We are seeking an experienced and skilled Frontend Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge frontend solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend technologies, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of software development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Integration and Testing : Lead integration efforts, end-to-end (E2E) testing, and visual regression testing. Leverage AWS services such as AppSync, Lambda, CloudFront, and S3, while ensuring robust unit testing practices.
• CI / CD and DevOps : Oversee Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) pipelines. Promote DevOps practices for efficient and automated software development processes.
• Design Patterns and Clean Code : Champion the use of design patterns and enforce a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development with a focus on delivering high-quality code.
• Frontend Development : Utilize over 6 years of solid experience in developing web applications using React and TypeScript. Build scalable and performant frontend solutions that enhance user experience.
• Architectural Expertise : Provide in-depth knowledge of software development best practices and the design of scalable architectures. Implement high-quality, high-performance solutions.
• Communication and Agile Methodologies : Exhibit outstanding communication skills, fostering collaboration within the team and across departments. Guide the team in agile methodologies and collaborative development approaches.
• Version Control and Deployment : Manage version control tools, build systems, and continuous deployment processes effectively. Ensure strong operational quality management within the team.
