Talent Acquisition Partner – Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner by collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to define and validate profiles.
• Support the description and optimization of roles and titles.
• Lead talent identification and search in the market, maintaining robust candidate pipelines.
• Apply an evaluation process that includes competency-based interviews, psychometric tests and reference management.
• Efficiently publish vacancies, filter CVs and coordinate interviews with leaders.
• Ensure constant communication and a positive, impeccable candidate experience at every stage of the selection process.
• Drive improvements and optimization in attraction and selection processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Maintain and manage the candidate database accurately with detailed tracking of each application.
