GOAT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our fully-remote team.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful completion of projects. This includes pushing things forward, getting client approvals, coordinating resources to the team, making sure our deliverables are according to our company standards, and preparing reports.You will also be responsible for managing client's expectations and client communications.We believe that Project Management is just as much a personality as it is a skill set, and we are looking for the best blend of the two.What You Will DoCommunicate with the team and clients on a daily basisEnsure communication is smooth between GOAT and the clientFollow up repeatedly until you're satisfied that everything is done to standardsMonitor project's progress, from kickoff to delivery / launchStay on top of milestones and deadlinesAnticipate and identify project roadblocks, and support the team in finding solutionsMake sure projects stay on budgetSend status updates to clientsSchedule and attend client meetings (Google Meet), and take notesCreate reports and other materials or working documents needed for client and internal meetingsOnboard new clientsWrite Scope of Work for new projects coming inCollaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee project successReport on Project Status and Progress on a daily basis to the Director of Project ManagementTools We UseGmail, Asana, Slack, Google Sheets + Docs, Google Calendar, Keynote, Figma, ChatGPTIdeal ProfileTo Be Successful You ShouldHave experience as a Project Manager, minimum 2 yearsBe fluent in English and have proper English grammarBe able to communicate with the team and clients, both speaking and writingBe responsible and reliableHave strong communication skillsHave strong organizational skillsBe able to manage your own and other team members' timeHave a detail-oriented mindset and habits — this means keeping lists, lots of listsWhat's on Offer?
