Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the sales teams, ensuring optimal sales operations and performance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales budgets.
- Set and track quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Motivate, mentor, and guide the sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by reviewing customer activity and anticipating their needs.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in sales strategies, methods, and employee motivation techniques.Deep understanding of the company’s products, competitor products, and market dynamics.Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.Must have Senior-level experience in the forklift or battery industry.Seniority level
