Lead Cloud Engineer (GCP)

We are seeking a Lead Cloud Engineer to join our team and help build, deploy, and manage services that support over half a billion players worldwide.

In this role, you will work closely with online services teams to optimize cloud infrastructure, ensure scalability, and drive efficiency in cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations of large-scale, highly available, and secure online services and infrastructure for the company and its products
• Identify opportunities for cloud cost optimization and propose solutions to reduce expenses and improve efficiency
• Develop and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure governance and risk reduction
• Advocate for and communicate new cloud optimization standards to development teams
• Update internal processes and technologies to align with new cloud infrastructure standards and best practices
• Create dashboards and analytics to support cloud governance initiatives and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with the Cloud Cost Optimization team to drive cloud efficiency and performance improvements
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure compliance with best practices and security standards
