What will my duties be?

Technical Review : Review the work of trainees and assistants, provide feedback, monitor tax deliverables, and review workpapers, tax provisions, and supporting documentation to maintain high standards.
Technical execution : Lead processes client / documentation, prepare tax deliverables, be the client technical contact, and comply with internal processes.
Planning : Task coordination, ensure deadlines are met, and ensure deliverables are uploaded to the platform on time.
Tax Compliance and reporting : Ensure compliance with relevant tax standards, regulations, and statutory requirements. Stay informed about changes in tax standards and communicate implications to the team and clients.
Problem Resolution : Address and resolve tax issues and discrepancies, collaborating with team members and clients as needed. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.

What requirements do you need to fit to become an Auxadi team member?

Accounting / Business Administration background with Taxation specification or Law

Proven experience in tax outsourcing services or a similar role

Strong leadership and managerial skills

In-depth knowledge of tax principles, regulations, and standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
