About this opportunity :
We are seeking a HCM Lead to serve as the key liaison between the global HCM Program Team and the regional Human Resources organization.
This role is critical in ensuring that regional HR requirements, system configurations, and processes are well understood, aligned, and effectively deployed as part of WSP’s global transformation initiatives.
Overall accountability
The Regional HCM Lead will be responsible for translating regional HR and people management needs into actionable requirements for the global HCM transformation program.
This includes ensuring alignment with corporate policies, supporting system implementation and change adoption, and coordinating HR stakeholders across all countries in the region.
