Job Description

Responsible for the review, analysis, and substantiation of Capex and Opex, proposing optimal cost structures and operational models for metro projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and substantiate Capex and Opex.
• Prepare cost models, valuations, and financial reports.
• Support negotiations with key suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with concession and contractual frameworks.
