In this role, you will analyze nuanced contractual clauses, quality control AI-generated outputs, and collaborate with our team to enhance our processes. This is a critical position for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our contract data and supporting our mission to transform the contracting process.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret complex and nuanced contractual language and data, ensuring accurate categorization and compliance with defined criteria.Perform meticulous quality control on AI-generated contract reviews to verify proper data classification and identify errors or inconsistencies.Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.Create clear, concise reports for internal and external stakeholders.Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, workflows, and concepts as our business evolves.Monitor and track updates to contracts within our database.Participate in additional projects as assigned.What We're Looking For0–3 years of experience in a detail-oriented role (e.g., data analysis, contracts, compliance). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
