Learn more at We are searching for the best talent for our Supply Chain Director Southern Cluster to be in Santiago de Chile, Chile. Purpose : The Supply Chain E2E Leader is responsible for leading and managing the team dedicated to the design, planning, execution, and optimization of the supply chain processes within the Southern Cluster. This executive role encompasses strategic leadership and operational oversight of the entire supply chain, ensuring an efficient and seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers. As the one focal point for the Supply Chain in the Southern Cluster, this position will represent the Supply Chain at the Cluster Leadership Team (CLT) with an end-to-end (E2E) perspective, integrating both Planning and Delivery functions. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations in the Southern Cluster, significantly contributing to the organization's success through enhanced customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Oversight of Supply Chain Operations

  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure the effective design, planning, execution, and optimization of the end-to-end supply chain process within the Northern Cluster, aligning it with business objectives and market demands. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Foster collaboration between Planning and Delivery teams, facilitating communication and integration of efforts to achieve cohesive supply chain operations. Performance Monitoring and Improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators for supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Resource Allocation and Management
  • Oversee the allocation of resources for supply chain operations, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, technology, and budgets to meet operational goals. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary representative for the Supply Chain in the Cluster Leadership Team (CLT), communicating effectively with key stakeholders to address needs and align supply chain strategies with organizational goals. Risk Management and Compliance
  • Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Training and Development
  • Lead initiatives for the professional development of team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Key Requirements :
  • Required Minimum Education : University / Bachelor's degree or equivalen Other : MBA degree preferred
  • Preferred Area of Study : Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics
  • Preferred Related Industry Experience (if applicable) : Healthcare, Medical Devices
  • Required Years of Related Experience : 6 years minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
  • Languages : Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese desired)
  • Experience in Health Care is required.
  • Finance acumen is a key competence required.
  • Supply Chain Planning experience is required.
  • Warehouse & Transportation Management is required.
