Bryant Park Consulting Analyst Role (Bilingual)

This is a bilingual position requiring an advanced level of English, as all clients are based in the United States. To be considered, candidates must be eligible to work in Chile without the need for visa sponsorship. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to collaborate with teams and clients virtually from anywhere within Chile.

What you will do :

As an Analyst at Bryant Park Consulting your initial onboarding will offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself in our accelerated 12-week Analyst Enablement Program. This program is designed to jumpstart your career within the NetSuite technology ecosystem through live BPC training, an original BPC case study, consulting role plays, and of course direct project work with clients from day one.

From the first week, you will be working directly with Clients under the leadership of Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Lead Consultants as we work alongside our clients to offer NetSuite (www.netsuite.com) consulting services. You will implement best practice methodologies for customers to improve and scale their business processes. At BPC you will work directly with client management to make a significant impact on their business.

Additionally, you will be offered the opportunity to work within one of our vertically integrated practice areas. At BPC we have designated verticals of Products, Financial Services, Technical Services, or Services & High Tech led by some of the best in the business. New analysts will have the opportunity to choose their vertical specialization.

Client stakeholders and other consultants on our team will rely upon you for analyzing complex requirements, documenting, implementing, testing, training, converting data, and / or supporting Clients on an ongoing basis after implementation. You will have the opportunity to grow your industry expertise, systems knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership skills towards becoming a consultant with the firm.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • High academic standing and demonstrated extracurricular involvement
  • Relevant internship experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or software development
  • Proven track record of success working in team environments to deliver projects on time
  • Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new things to solve novel problems
  • Eagerness to develop into a consultant and leader by developing new skills, systems, and disciplines
