LOCATION :

Apply Digital is hybrid / remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to ET or PT. Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote / hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.

THE ROLE :

Apply Digital is looking for an experienced Project Management Lead to join our team. You are a seasoned project leader with a background in digital agency or consultancy work, focused on helping clients execute transformative digital initiatives across complex organizations. You're deeply experienced in guiding cross-functional teams — product, design, engineering — to deliver impactful web and mobile app experiences.

As a natural mentor and strategic thinker, you bring a mix of strong delivery management, client-facing communication, and a people-first leadership style. You're passionate about digital strategy and execution, and you help project managers and teams elevate their craft while consistently delivering business value for clients.

Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management :

• Mentor, coach, and support a team of Project Managers (intermediate to senior), helping them grow professionally and consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Create development plans, lead career conversations, and identify training opportunities to close skill gaps across the team.
• Act as an escalation point for team-level project or interpersonal challenges, applying a problem-solving mindset with empathy and accountability.
• Foster a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
