Técnico en Climatización – JLL

En qué consiste este trabajo :

Buscamos un técnico especializado en climatización para formar parte de nuestro equipo de mantenimiento en JLL. En esta posición, serás responsable de la operación y mantenimiento de los sistemas electromecánicos y HVAC del edificio, garantizando su funcionamiento óptimo y continuo. Tu rol contribuye directamente a mantener la excelencia operativa de nuestras instalaciones y asegurar la satisfacción de nuestros clientes. Trabajarás de manera colaborativa con el supervisor de mantenimiento en un ambiente dinámico que requiere expertise técnico y disponibilidad para responder a emergencias en cualquier momento.

Cómo será tu día a día :

• Operar los sistemas electromecánicos del edificio y asistir en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo menor de sistemas hidráulicos y eléctricos
• Operar sistemas HVAC del edificio y ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo menor en sistemas de climatización
• Acompañar y supervisar trabajos en sistemas de media tensión realizados por proveedores externos
• Realizar chequeos diarios de instalaciones y entregar soluciones inmediatas
• Controlar programas de mantenimiento desarrollados internamente y supervisar trabajos de terceros
• Ejecutar labores de mantenimiento menor de apoyo para clientes y otras especialidades del equipo
• Atender emergencias 24 / 7 en turnos rotativos según necesidades del cliente

Turnos desde las 7 : 00 am / 8 : 00 am con disponibilidad para trabajar algunos sábados
