Role

The Senior Full‑Stack Developer (Java / React) reports to the Director, Global Delivery and works closely with a team of Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Specialists and Senior Release Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Your Day with Equisoft

• Design and implement new functionalities and build upon the application architecture.
• Review your colleagues’ code and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate actively in agile meetings (daily, retrospective, etc.).
• Analyze business needs and propose technological solutions.
• Participate in continuous deployment of applications using DevOps methodology.
• Contribute to functional testing and documentation of existing and future applications.
• Ensure quality control by establishing and conducting test scenarios.
• Maintain applications and functionalities of the product.
• Collaborate with teams to solve customer issues.
