Operations and Maintenance Supervisor LATAM
The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Supervisor will be responsible for creating and executing the regional service strategy across LATAM, ensuring full alignment with the company's global objectives while optimizing business performance, operational efficiency, and long-term service sustainability.
With a strong focus on commercial activities, this role plays a key part in securing long-term service contracts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining profitable operations. The O&M Supervisor will oversee contract negotiations, financial performance and drive customer engagement, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
This position requires strong commercial expertise, leadership in managing multi-country service teams, and a solid technical understanding of wind turbine operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, contract structuring, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance the company's service capabilities in the LATAM region.
Essential activities and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the regional service strategy across LATAM countries
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Lead contract negotiations for long-term service agreements (LTSA)
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals and tender responses
- Foster and maintain strong strategic relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing site technical teams, ensuring effective and efficient operation of the wind turbine plant.
- Establish and maintain a collaborative environment with the customer, guaranteeing the fulfilment of contractual commitments.

5 years of experience in the wind energy sector.
