We are looking for a Technical Lead – Big Data & Intelligence to join our team and help drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Payless’ data governance, exploitation, and availability strategy, ensuring transversal use of data across all business areas and enabling advanced analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Design and implement a comprehensive Big Data strategy.
• Build and manage data platforms (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Data Mesh).
• Develop data models and advanced analytics (ML / AI) for multiple business areas.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with business units to leverage data in e-commerce, physical retail, supply chain, and marketing.
