ACERCA DEL ROL

NTT se encuentra en la búsqueda de un / a analista de SOC L2, la / el cual tendrá el objetivo de garantizar que no se pierdan condiciones de acuerdo de nivel de servicio. El SOC Analyst L2 se enfoca en el soporte de las plataformas de Ciberseguridad para incidentes y solicitudes de servicio, contando con apoyo de ingeniería nivel 3 en adelante, así como también con servicios de monitoreo 24x7.

What you'll be doing

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Monitorear, identificar, investigar y resolver incidentes de ciberseguridad.
• Respuesta ante incidentes de seguridad.
• Utilización de metodología NIST para la prestación de servicios.
• Reuniones de seguimiento y control.
• Realización y validación de la documentación para el registro de actividades
• Atender y resolver eventos de mediana a alta complejidad.
• Realización de control de gestión y documentación
• Administración y soporte de plataformas de ciberseguridad (ej. Firewall, EDR, XDR, antispam, CASB u otras).
