Job Description

A fully competent project management professional with a broad understanding of solutions and industry best practices. This entry-level project management position provides consistent creative and high-quality solution leadership, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to customer satisfaction.

Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in implementing an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget. Analyzes business needs to ensure Oracle’s solution meets customer objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Applies Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, minimizing risk and exposure. Assists project team members and influences management decisions. Ensures deliverables meet expectations and works closely with the customer to manage project scope and expectations. Supports business development by pursuing new opportunities and collaborating with sales teams. Manages scope of small projects and sub-projects.

Required experience includes 6-8 years relevant to this position, with 0-5 years in project management. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix environment. Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. Relevant product, technology, or industry expertise. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.

Gerente de Proyecto NetSuite

• Engineering professionals (Systems, Computing, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
• Desirable postgraduate studies (MBA, Finance, Marketing, Telecom Management)
• 10-15 years of work experience
• At least 5 years managing teams larger than 10 people, preferably with project management roles
• Proven experience managing complex projects from start to finish
• Strong financial knowledge : Budgeting, P&L, Margins, Revenue recognition (preferred)
• PMI certification mandatory; PMP preferred or in process
• Experience preparing proposals or service quotes
• Minimum 5 years client-facing experience
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Soft skills : Time management, conflict resolution, negotiation, team building
