What you will be doing at Evalueserve :

Senior Business Analyst / Lead Analyst

Location

Viña del Mar, Chile

Nature of Job

Fixed contract and then indefinite according to performance

Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days working from Office

Important responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to :

Preparation of company profiles (one-pagers, strip profiles and deep dive), Industry overviews, management presentations, case studies on M&A / IPO, public information books.
High competency in public trading comparable, M&A precedent transaction analysis, financial modeling.
Handling ad hoc research requests such as information memo, competitor benchmarking, target screening, deal tombstones, pitchbooks, due diligence decks.
Creating and maintaining industry databases, newsletters and market updates.
Collecting financial data using on-line and other data sources such as Factset, Capital IQ, Thomson, Bloomberg, etc.
In-depth understanding of valuation using methods such as, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Sum-of-the-Parts Valuation (SOTP) and Leveraged Buyout (LBOs) is plus.

Skills we’re looking for :

Graduate and post-graduate degree specializing in Finance such as Master’s in Finance, MBA (Finance), or CFA’s are preferred.

3-5 years of relevant experience in financial research and analysis.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, tight deadlines, team-based multicultural environment.

Strong communication is a must for interaction with US based investment bankers and with other centers of Evalueserve.

Attention to details, accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must.

Flexibility to work as per client schedule and workload requirements.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
