Professional training in gastronomy or culinary arts (preferred). Salary : $750,000 - $950,000 net. Full-time position. On-site work in Lo Barnechea, Santiago. ATCOM Chile, located in Providencia, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile, is seeking a Maestro / a Pizzero / a or Pizzaiolo / a for our client in the gastronomic sector, situated in Lo Barnechea.
Objective of the role :
Ensure consistency and quality in pizza preparation, adhering to established standards, maintaining cleanliness, and demonstrating professionalism daily.
Responsibilities include :
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace.
- Working under pressure to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Preparing doughs, sauces, and toppings according to recipes.
- Collaborating respectfully and responsibly with the team.
